After sales service

Your products are guaranteed for 2 years for any lack of conformity applicable under normal conditions of use from the date of purchase indicated on the purchase invoice.

The warranty will only be effective upon presentation of the purchase invoice, and will not apply in the event of misuse (shock for example), neglect of maintenance (see maintenance advice ), or normal wear and tear of the article. Out of warranty, HÉLÈNE PRIME PARIS will endeavor to do its utmost to satisfy you by offering you, on estimate, the repair in our Parisian workshops.

Before returning the product to us, we invite you to send us an email to contact@heleneprime.com, with the photo of the jewel accompanied by its purchase invoice.

If the return of the goods is due to a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it. In all other cases, the return will be at your expense and under your responsibility. To do this, we advise you to return by registered mail or tracked parcel.
